This is pretty interesting. I noticed that whenever I go on a date, it always tends to go much better if we drink together. Even when I was dating girls who I didn't really have anything in common with, after a few drinks we were having a great time.

Haven't actually drank regularly with any of my long term girlfriends. Maybe that's why they're ex-girlfriends now.
