Life is full of stressful situations, the outcome depends on how well you manage situations.
Being healthy is important to b able to cope. There are different factors that lead to stress;
Unfulfillment at work,
Family challenges,
Financial challenges,
Relationship challenges...
Here is how I have learnt to cope with it all:
1.Drink lots of clean water, I usually boil mine first, then add a few drops of water treatment.
2.Eat lots of fruits and vegetables; carrots, spinach, nuts, citrus fruits...
3.Exercise regularly; take a walk, skip, jug..
5.Don't worry. Worrying will only make things worse for your health.
6.Learn something new.
Above all, Praying, listening to gospel music and teachings and meditating on God's Word refreshes and energises me.
