A short peom, what colour is water

What color is water
Looking outside the window
I see life dancing around with leaves
In the wind, they seem so free
Birds sing, without a care in the world
If only my throat wasn't sore
I'd sing along with them
If only my legs weren't weary
I'd dance too
Another one bites the dust
Here waiting on the hands of clock
To guide me to my inevitable end
But why ?
Why are my taste buds so dull
I don't find life sweet like the rest
Nor is it bitter
It's as tasteless as it's odorless
