I setup a condenser (the app running on steemit.com) instance for my steem testnet, account creation is disabled trough it so you still need to use the testnet API to create accounts, see here for instructions.
I'm injecting some styles to differentiate between the main version and the testnet one but otherwise it's the same code (barring this small patch that hopefully will be merged).

Actually it's a clone of Steemit but it's purpose it to test different apps steem related without affecting the original steemit.com. I use it to test JS injection from a Chrome extension.

Thank for this. I've been able to create an account and login. I've setup a condenser locally connecting to test net. Everything seems to be connecting properly how every I just can't login. I get
Incorrect Password. I've stepped through the code it seems the api is responding properly. Theget_accountsresponse is identical. It feels like master is not fully compatible with testnet some how. on https://testnet.steem.vc/ there are instructions for configuring steem.js and steem-python, but not for condenser.

Thanks cool project, how you implemented account-creation? Do we need another account (creator) as in cli_wallet method create_account(string creator, string new_account_name, string json_meta, bool broadcast)?
