Stay on top of things! Use Steemify to get notified about important accounts! like @ned and @steemitblog.

in steemdev •  7 years ago  (edited)

The cool thing with Steemify is that you can add as many users you want to be notified about as you like.

That's because Steemify does not require the password of any of the accounts you want to track, you only need usernames!

That makes it possible to be notified about any account on the blockchain. And that can be very handy!

Do you want to know about the moment @ned leaves a reply anywhere on the blockchain or when the @steemitblog has made a new post? Add them to Steemify!

Here you can see the extra accounts besides your own account. You can add as many as you like.

Per account you can select which notifications you want to receive. For @ned we selected 'has posted' and 'has replied'.

Steemify give you the options and the flexibility to stay on top of anything happening on the Steem Blockchain! This is how it looks when the notifications come in.

Hello. Great software. Are you thinking to develop Steemify for Android?

Hello! I want to help you get better.

Sound like a cool app. I am using android. We will wait for the android development!

Creative and useful app! Now we can have the notifications about the people we followed. Thanks for sharing. Steemit's user experience is growing exponentially.

@blockbrothers I can't wait to start using the Android App.

This app is so cool! Been missed out on comments and replies before this. With this app, its so much easier for users to receive notifications, even better, we can receive notifications of others' activities on steemit! brilliant!

Wow, steemify sounds great. I need it

This is really great

This is new for me, that it is possible to get such notifications on Steemify. Thank you very much for this information.

This is amazing. Thank you for what you are doing for the blockchain! Will this be available on Android soon?

Thanks for cluing me in to this tool. This is how Steemit notifications should work!

Thanks for working on an Android version! That will truly make many people be able to quickly engage back more fast while they are out in the world on a mobile phone.

I ❤️ Steemify!

A couple of requests:

  • The browser desperately needs a Back button.
  • The colored background behind the notifications makes it harder to read. Leaving that on top with white (or a white/black choice) would be better.

I appreciate that you kept it simple and avoided the question of storing passwords. On that note, what level of encryption does the in-app browser use?

Thanks for the awesome app!

thanks for sharing this post!
