How To Help The Newbies To Be In The Trending

How can one be know on steemit due to his regular posts, I think its not easy but hard work is what is needed.

I really can see, steemit is now a platform for only the old steemians and actually, the new steemians who knows nothing about this media are not involved in some acts and promotions.
There is a saying that, the young and healthy ones are always the leaders for the future . And as an old steemian hiding his secrets to success with the new steemians. How on earth can the new steemians be the future for the blogging and idea sharing site.

Proposal
In my own experience, I joined steemit in just a week an yet , I have not got even a single steem whale or minnow to help me boost my blog.
That is soon bad to go with. Even on Facebook who pays not a cent to anybody has those who can promote you only when you ask.
Someone will ask, "have you asked for promotion"?
My answer here is a BIG YES.
I have had a chat with one witness who was very cool to me and a whale who never paid a little attention to my posts either and we the new bies being the future for the site is not possible in some way. What some whales and minnows say when upvoting a new steemian is" why should I hustl for you "? And my point is , if no one hustled to promote or upvote you in the very beginning, would you be where you are on steemit now?
Thus kind of negative minds can be taken away from our minds and let love rule.

Upvoting a blog is a major way to help a new steemian . but when it comes to upvoting a newbie, the whales normally reduce their voting power to approximately nothing (0.03%)
And how do you think this vote will help .
So upvoting ones post must be a valuable one.
Secondly is the resteeming of the posts of newbies.
I am not saying its by force to upvote and resteem irrelevant posts but the relevant . as the saying goes " by your fruit we shall reward you"
So rewarding too must be investigated and well read before being resteemed.
I think this will be a good starting for a newbie when he or she sees his post on your blog and he be trending.

Benefits
When resteeming and upvoting are put into practice successfully, it helps the person and you in addition.
This is, when you upvote the person, the one gets something from you . and also, the content of the person being relevant can earn you something or votes after sharing or something.
Actually I don't want to talk long and I wish this gets to the blog of the whales.
The newbies need your help and support.
