Hi,

Thanks for the info, it might be possible that the tron network can indeed handle more than 1 transaction from an account per block.

Since this morning the rewards earned on the steemit network are being payed out, and you can track them here:

As you can see: nicely 1 transaction per 3 seconds, sometimes even a block get's skipped.

Might simply be that the software or bot or whatever which is used to handle the payouts coming from the steem network is simply inefficient,...
