I'm proud to announce Steem Meetup Group is now live!

I'm hoping this new meetup group will be a huge catalyst for steemers on our journey. It's time we start arranging and attending local steem events in our cities...even for steemers to meetup for a cup of coffee! This main steem meetup will be a central hub for all cities. Ultimately I'm hoping that organizers will branch off and create steem chapters in their own city!
Why are local events important?
What better to grow our community then to meet and befriend with steemers in your area. I'm also actively building http://steemspot.com to further help this cause, I wanted the meetup group to give us additional outlets to make it happen! Building a strong offline presence, events, and steem gatherings will be instrumental in our peak success!
