Today is a great day, I will be talking about my favorite food today. My favorite food is beans, I love beans a lot especially when combined with bread. Beans are seeds commonly known as the legume or pea. Beans can be a source of protein, fiber, iron, and vitamins that offer many health benefits. My fellow steemians, do you know that beans contain amino acids, which are the protein building blocks that the body uses to heal and to make new tissues, such as bone, muscle, hair, skin, and blood. Protein is an essential nutrient.
Cooking beans takes time(average of 1hour),but once it's ready,you will forget about the time you used.
