Day 1️⃣Perth Australia 🦘🦘

After a pretty good sleep of around 8 hours i woke up rearing to go, the Sun was coming up and all i needed was a decent cup of coffee.

Thankfully just across the road from my Hotel is a Cafe so i went over, its run by a couple of Kiwi's and we chatted while they made my yummy morning coffee.

Off to work we went on a stunning Perth day with weather forecasted high of 22 degrees, i was thinking about ways to ditch work and just go to the beach but decided that after 2 months of not working i better make an effort.

Work went well and we got out of there at 4pm and drove back to the Hotel, i had walked around 10K at the worksite so as soon as i got back i chucked my sneakers on and decided to go for a 5K walk - this would ensure i met my goal of 15k per day.

Here are a couple of pictures i took while out walking, it had clouded over but was still 22 degrees.

I made sure i was close to the 15K mark when i saw a local Supermarket, what to have for dinner was on my mind.

Got a Roast Chicken and some coleslaw as i could be bothered cooking or having anything else.

Got me some nice looking blueberries for after dinner which will be yummy.

Tomorrow is the first of the 5am starts which is good as i am hoping to catch some sunshine and get a tan while over here, another plus is early start earlier finish.

So good first day in Perth and i managed to get my walking goals completed, now can i have a medal please?

I will be back tomorrow to bore you to tears with another top 10 post of the week 🙄🥱😁
