Day3️⃣ Perth Australia 🦘🦘

Welcome back to another daily top 10 post on Steemit 🥱, if you thought we just had a solar eclipse no we didn't - it was me sunbathing my ample body by the pool.

We started work today at 5am which was great and it was an awesome day, we got out of there at 1pm and the sun was shinning.

So i decided to get my gear off (not totally) and lay on one of the sun loungers by the pool, then i had a swim which was a great way to cool off.

By the time we got back from work i had amassed 9K of walking which is not far off my daily goal of 15K.

After my swim i decided some dinner was in order, i walked to the supermarket and got some Salmon and some pasta salad - cost all up was $12 AUS.

I ate the salmon cold as it came pre cooked and i think i have a new favorite meal - god damm it was good and tomorrow i will repeat the dose.

Here is my dinner and desert on the right hand side, the punnet of strawberries cost $2.95 AUS.

Then i strapped on my sneakers and went for a walk in the 23 degree sunshine, made it to 15K which i am happy about.

That has been day 3 here in Perth Australia for this kiwi
