Monday Slow Roast

Wearing the Fitbit is certainly good fun and motivating to get out for a walk or 4 per day, we were supposed to have rain here today but we have the sun out - YAY.

I have already walked 15K today as i thought i better get some kilometer's done in case it does rain later.

Here is yesterday's Fit bit stats which are becoming quite additive to look at, plus it gives me some motivation to get off my arse.

This is what i managed yesterday which is better than a lick up the arse, at this rate i am on target to maybe hit 100K of walking this week.

We did not manage to have our Lamb Roast last night as it was not quite defrosted, so today we will have it and it's in the slow cooked cooking away nice and slowly.

Only another six sleeps until i travel to Perth Australia for 9 days work, it takes from Auckland 7 hours & 50 minutes while the return trip is only 6 hours 35 minutes - nothing like a tail wind home.

Apart from cleaning both showers this morning that has been my day so far!
