The Myzone training belt i won is fast becoming one of my favorite toys as it allows me to record my workouts, plus gives me motivation in the GYM.

This app allows you to accurately measure your output & efforts.

This is the belt i won at the GYM and you can also get the same sort of thing as a myzone watch you wear, there is an App for your phone which synchs with the belt.

Here is my workout from yesterday which you can see the different levels i was in, you get points (MEPS) which go toward your goals or if there is a competition.

I like that you can keep track of days as sometimes i wonder "when did i have my last rest day"

This view show's further details about Heart rate plus calories and effort to name a few :)

Its a really good app as i can keep a more accurate check on what i am doing or not doing LOL, i like that when i am in the GYM i get to see on the TV's how i am going effort wise.

I will be off to the gym this morning after i drop the kids off at school, we have another stunning sunny day with a projected high of 23 degrees - a good day fir a walk as well.
