Well it's Monday again and another day closer to Christmas - yikes, we have a nice sunny warm day here today and i have just been outside relaxing after my morning GYM session.

I started the day by having Smudge on our bed at around 5.40am looking at me 😁, i got up and fed him and prepared myself 2 x glasses of 💦+🍋 Juice ➕Sea 🧂i strapped on my Fitness belt and took off around the 3.5K block.

After getting back i put on the washing machine for the first load of washing then eventually dropped @kiwijacobgo off to school, the other one has finished High school already so she is sleeping in.

I visited the Gym this morning and got there around 9.35am and spent an hour just on the Eliptical trainer today, i could feel my legs this morning from yesterdays 5K effort on the Stairmaster.

A Banana was eaten beforehand which gave me the energy to get through and now i am drowning myself in Water.

Todays Stats

Before hand my mind was maybe trying to tell me to just go for a walk or have a rest day LOL, i am pleased i went and feel great now.

Pink Himalayan Rock Salt

I was looking online at the benefits of 💦+🍋 Juice ➕Sea 🧂 and numerous sites talked about how good normal rock salt is, but they all said Himalayan Rock Salt was a purer version so i got some when i went to the supermarket.

Its now midday day here in NZ and looking outside the Sun is shinning bright and its warm, tomorrow are supposed to get 27 degrees so that will be good to warm the pool with!
