Happy Friday to everyone from me here in New Zealand, i do realize some of you crackers are still on Thursday but not me!

Today started with a 3.5K walk around the block and i got back just as my partner was about to drop the kids off at school.

After a quick cup of coffee i decided i should go for another bike ride as yesterdays ride was very enjoyable.

Todays ride was pretty much a carbon copy of yesterday's route and racked up another 28K today.

With no wind and a temperature of 22 degrees today was a good day to ride.

Lunchy wunchy

So today we decided to go somewhere we haven't been for a while, this place called amayjen used to be in the town we live in, - then they moved to the closest city to us (20 mins drive) and re opened.

We booked in for midday and arrived at 11.50am all ready to eat something yummy, this place is called amayjen but is pronounced imagine

My partner got the Egg benedict which looked lovely and she said it was sensational, i had the Scotch Fillet 300g (medium) with some chips - the steak was just what i needed after my morning activities and god dam it was nice!

We will definitely be going back again, speaking of food.... last night for dinner i cooked some Hasselback potatoes to go with the Pie and veggies.

Watermelon's

So the Watermelon plant in the vegetable garden has a small one growing, i put a lemon next to it for a size comparison.

And using the same lemon again the ones in the Hothouse are way ahead of the one outside.
