The situation of almost .Overseas Filipino Worker here have a lot of struggles and adjustment from their employer. I am grateful that I got a good employers. Well, when I was new I need patient and understanding to their habit too. What a beautiful situationduring my time, they were no limitations of foods. They had a lot of money and commodities had no tax, free water system and low rate of the electricity bills. Today, everything have changed so the new young employers have financial embalance. Butbrgwy need househelper because they were not trained with multitasking, work in the office and do the household chores at home . Unlike the Filipino professional, they can do it.
Even they have no enough money, they still hired maid that causes a lot of problems. They are nit providing enough food, internet and health care . I noticed it. There are so many cases of dead #ofw lately from hunger, sickness and abuses. There are cases also that an #ofw are the abusers. I am not saying that it is only the issue about employers but also an issue of the employees.. So sad but that's the reality. I want to open my voice about this issue to our government but I kept my mouth quite because, they know me and afraid of my safety. As long as theybare good to me, so I isolate those cases.
What I did as help and made my friends happy is to provide their needs. When I was younger I did it to many friends but this time, I cannot do double time going to their employers home. I getting older already and still I don't want to ride a car of the strangers.
I walked to buy foods for my friends. She love fried chicken and it had been a long time that she ate it. Thanks God I have money given by the sister of my boss .I massaged her back. The money she gave me , I bought food and drink for my friends.
I supposed to give that money to my grandchildren but I couldn't afford seeing them hungry. Look at her, how she smile and laughed while eating. There's no word to describe her happiness. For me, that moment made me happy too. After eating , I let her slept while I was cooking rice cake . Its a kind of Filipino delicacy we ever missed.
*Before she go home with her boss, I gave her rice cake to eat for her breakfast. It was 5 pieces so she would never be hungry on the following day.

Its really true , I just can imagine how they used to be without me? That's why , there's a lot of purpose why I am here until now, not only because I need to earn or my boss needs me but there are so many of them that I extended my understanding, guidance and suppport
