Two major events, promoting steemit, will be held on various continents across the world. We are talking about the STEEMFEST taking place in Lisbon, Portugal on the 1,2,3,4 & 5 of November, and the STEEMIT IN NIGERIA (S.I.N.) conference and party, also coming up that month.

These two events will be fun, educative and best of all, A PLACE TO MEET NEW AND OLD FACES

Participants in both the hackathon and non hackathon categories are expected to arrive as from 30th October to check in. It is advised that participants should arrive early to ensure easy coordination.
The addition of 4&5th of November is to either go sight seeing (I believe) or have fun in other ways. It's the weekend plus package.
For those staying in Europe, this is something you don't wanna miss. Even those who can go for the event, should not miss out.

FOR STEEMIT IN NIGERIA (S.I.N.) conference and party

Even to be held either in Lagos, Osun or Abuja, more details on that soon. The aim is to hijack the steemit market in Nigeria for steemit and to target the African market at large.
It is a two day event comprising of a conference for newbies to help them know a thing or two before joining like

• How to register
• Basic rules
• How to follow
• Use of tagging
• Expanding the future market
  The second day is a celebratory party and all night steeming for all.
