Hello my fellow Steemians!!
Yesterday I had some fun trying out some special effects. I've been waiting to try them out for some time. Plus I want to use this effect for a music video in the near future.
I'll keep this one short since there is not much to say.
I filmed it with my Ipod. The sound effects did not received all the attention they deserved, but I was focusing on the visual effects.
Let me know what you think and how I could improve.

For being shot on an Ipod this clip is wonderful. The effects were smooth and seamlessly fit into the background without looking "too" CGI of fake in general. My only advice for improvement would be to add more of a shake to the camera when the meteor hits the ground. This small would detail would really add to the value of your clip. Other than that The concept was interesting and aesthetically pleasing to the eye!!! Keep up the amazing work and never stop improving!

@maxjoy Video looks awesome it's not as easy as it looks i've tried video editing before but horrendously failed for a community college TV Video course many years ago! Everything worked fine for me and I thought I did a great job but for some reason when I sent file to be graded in our final exam the audio didn't play at all whatsoever, I almost cried! lol
Was it a video editor app on your ipod? if so which one

That is a story worth crying for indeed... I also had some similar incidents in film school...
I filmed it on an ipod but edited on a computer with adobe.
