Hello friends and family I hope you are great, thank you respectful professor your class enabled me to do much practice on abdomen exercise and I guess this is body area which playing more role in overall body shape that's why I have learned a lot and enabled myself to present my presentation and of course I am waiting for your kind feedback.


Abdominal exercises

In life obviously we don't have enough time to maintain our body shape through the exercise because a lot of family pressure and other things are going on but I have come to know since that I am I have Joined this class I have learnt many things. It has come to know me that I have need andomen exercises as its much more significant for the body Posture because most of the fat is deposited on the sides of the abdomen and on the front side. It can only be reduced by maintaining diet and obviously through the exercise so the abs fitness is much more important.
Abdominal exercise routine of me

Well for the abdominal exercise I have proceed it at my home because there is only one gym in my city and there is much rush presently and honestly I have much official workload so could not moved outside the home and for me at home more easy.


As its required to warm up body before any exercise I also did warm up, I did practice from cardio session too so that fitness can be achieved.

My body warm up was done successfully, I have to practice my first exercise of planks to be honest it was little tough as I have to make video too, my doll is little could not make it. Thank you respectful teachers I watched your videos and it was helpful for me to overcome the difficult and I practice it well. I lifted my body over the toe keeping the abdomin and back quite straight. I stay around 7 to 10 seconds. Finally I did it 5 to 6 times.

I found planks exercise was quite good to overcome the abdominal weight and fat because it works on the lower abdomen, the first it was really tough but later on I enjoy it.


The next exercise I have follow of my respected teacher it was Russian twist honestly speaking I do practice it many time to do up to best level, I put my back straight and doing twist obviously the lower muscle were getting stronger and I think if I continued it I can overcome my extra fat from the sides of the abdomin.

You know the next exercise I practice it was scissors it was not so tough but required energy and potential to practice it well. But in long term its highly effective on working lean the body reduced the extra fatty abdominal region and legs muscle can be strengthen. I try yo raise my legs and do its practice 5 to 7 times according to my stemina and then rest the body for few seconds.

I am working to reach on advance level that is 12 repetition and I will start in in coming days Allah. I hope I will continue to learn under the supervision of my respected teachers

Perhaps in the end of challenge I would be able to reduced my extra body fat and soon my body will be in good position definitely I will maintain healthy diet plan too. But I must say thanks to respected teachers especially @ngoenyi who gave us golden opportunity to learn and maintain fitness while staying at home without the need of any machine.
