Sustenir Agriculture Launches Zero-Mile, Pesticide-Free Superfoods in Malaysia 🇲🇾 Sustenir’s Kinky Kale and Toscano Kale are one of a kind, specially developed to address reluctance to eat this superfood, due to its reputation for being bitter, tough and fibrous. Sustenir’s kale is grown to be juicier, sweeter and crispier, tailored to suit Asian tastebuds, to encourage healthier eating habits. We were welcome with a chic decor by the organiser, there were flower 🌸 arrangements done neatly, our names were represented on a card which was very welcoming🤗 The event started with a brief introduction of the product by the founder ben_sustenir and it was informative👌

Milk Ice Cream, Kombu & Duo of Kale Praline 🍨 . It’s the dessert of the night. It was a creamy milk 🍨, with a kale after taste .. great refreshment as finale !
Kinky-Kale Cavatelli 🥬 , Almond, Kale Pesto. The Cavatelli absorbed all of the flavours from Kinky-kale ... it was down to earth 🌍. Good one .
Steamed Seabass 🐟, Lime Pickle Sauce, Braised Toscano Kale. The Seabass is soooooo soft, fresh and smooth. It was prepared delicately. The pickle veggies just complimented well with the Seabass ☺️
Chicken Breast 🐓 , Toscano Kale Roulade, Chicken Jus. Similar to the Seabass, the chicken breast was soooo delicate and buttery soft, and the chef perfected it with a long process of preparation. It has a pumpkin cream as compliment, it was super rich and velvety 🤩
Truffle and Kinky-Kale Toastie 🥪 . This was actually the started of the meals !! And it blew the roof off 🤯. The combination of truffle oil , with secret cream or something-good sandwiched by a perfect toast! It was topped with a toasty Kinky-kale 🥳as the crown.
It was such a fun night, everyone was getting along good and “ We’d Kale It” ...
