Happy 5th Anniversary Steemfoods.

Ingredients:

This are the ingredients:
WHIP:
5 pcs. Eggwhite
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp. Cream of tartar
COMBINE:

       1/2 cup white sugar
      1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
       1 1/4 cups cake flour
         1/2 tsp. Salt

ADD:
3 pcs. Eggyolks
1/2 tsp.vanilla
1/4 cup oil
1 stick of nescafe for flavoring
1/8 cup cold water

PROCEDURE:
1.Into a mixing bowl,sift flour,sugar,baking powder, and salt. Make a well in a center. To the well, add oil, egg yolks, water, vanella, and nescafe stick. Beat until smooth and creamy. Combine egg whites with cream of tartar, beat to very stiff peaks.
2.Pour egg yolk batter in a thin stream over intire surfaceof beaten egg whites, carefully cutting and folding just to blend.
3.Bake in an ungreased 10-inch tubepan at 325 f for 55 minutes and cook for 10 minnutes longer. Invert pan ' cool.
