Call to order and general welcome.

- Marketing Committee: We reviewed the three current applicants to volunteer for the Marketing Committee. Discussion took place on individuals to also approach to flesh out the committee in order to get it up and running.
Applicant's replied to the Marketing Committee Post posted in August
Legal docs have been signed off by Bluefinstudios and has sent to the lawyer.
Development & Investor Relations Committee: Post will be ready for review at next meeting to get the process of forming committee underway.
Adjourn. The next board meeting will take place on 16 September 2019 at 1PM EDT
