I will install and configure a Firewall/Proxy Server for your office or company of for your personal use.

What is a Firewall?

Firewall is used to monitor and control incoming and outgoing network traffic based on predetermined security rules. The most common use of Firewall on companies is to prevent unwanted access from the outside of your company. With a firewall, hackers are being kept from accessing your computers and network. In short, it is your protection from the outside world most notably from hackers and any form of attacks outside of your company.

What is a Proxy Server?

It is commonly a computer system or an application that acts as an intermediary for requests from clients seeking resources from other servers on the internet. The most common use of proxy server today is a web proxy. A web proxy control and monitor incoming and outgoing web request from inside your company to the internet. A web proxy can throttle your internet connection. It can prevent a computer from accessing a website while letting other computer has access to the website. It also can prevent a computer to download anything from the internet.

The application that I am going to install is IPCop, an popular free and open source proxy application.

Fee is only applicable on installation and configuration of a Firewall/Proxy Server. Technical Support is not included.
