Yes, asking with the flow of the article titled "Before you fight a bout, you have to fight fear" having bout and fear as the main subject BOUT is a short session of intense activity of a specified kind OR also a curve in the side of a violin, guitar and some other musical instruments. The word bout is mainly used by the boxers and the wrestlers as the period of time to fight or for challenge. And also Fear is a feeling induced by perceived danger or threat that occurs in certain types of organisms, which causes a change in metabolic and organ functions and ultimately a change in behavior, such as fleeing, hiding, or freezing from perceived traumatic events.
Fear in human beings usually occur in response to a specific stimulus occurring in the present of a future threat perceived as a risk to body or life an irrational fear is called a phobia.

Most time we have decided some good and great fortune got ourselves but when looking at the future result you got scared and fear overtook the plan and vanquished it. Most time we see people doing things in a wrong way like maybe you have the idea of designing graphics and you see someone doing it and it not really good or the person made mistakes either in coloring or even typing, the fear in you won't allow you to correct the person because you'll be wandering what the response could be. Most time we say we're defeated by the challenges we're facing not knowing fear was the cause. We continue living and flexing in fear putting our mindset on something else entirely, letting down our goal putting our future at stake, thinking about the blame, the shame and the regret because we believe we can't overcome. Not knowing that this life we people only follow, hail and make an overcomer or winner as our leader, mentor and boss. Not knowing this life is a single person race but when the person overcomes then so many supporters(fans) of which he has never expected would show face. Why? Because he has overcome, he's the winner, he's the conqueror..

Though it a difficult one, but not impossible.Don't give fear any opportunities in you, because it'll never give you any as well. Do not allow fear to chastise your future, your plan and all...
