The inhaling of cool fresh air in morning provid the freshness in whole body which keeps us energetic in whole day and also improve the normal body function. It create the healthy mindset for other activities of the day.
A morning walk is also provide an opportunity to interact with different people in fresh mood. We meet and greet them and later turns into good friendship.
