#STEEMGIGS: It is discouraging when support for your promotional activities does not come.

This is the first time I am making this kind of post on Steemit because I feel there is need for me to speak up.

I didn't remember reading any article on Steemit that says starting small in promoting Steemit has become a crime. Sometimes I go through some post with stories of what does not concern Steemians but yet they get heavy upvotes.

Well, before I continue I must say I will not stop promoting my little way but if support comes I will do more.

If we keep neglecting young Steemians who sincerely want to promote, things will slow down. Please note that someone like me spend part of what I earn on Steemit just to change lives of many and nothing more, I always say I won't stop promoting because I always want to go out of my way to make sure young people like me are doing well threat Steemit.

I started a project called Campus Tour, the idea is going to Schools to preach Steemit and it has been slow due to financial challenges and the drop in price of SBD also affected. After my first and second meet-ups I did, I got few upvotes which I appreciate but I still need support from more capable hands to make bigger projects happen.

I have plans to make fliers and also to reachout to more students through my Campus Tour and also plans for a meet-up in Asaba Delta State that will host at least 50 people. I have a lot of campus to cover, I want make the very first meet-up in Asaba to happen and I am calling on @promo-steem team and the community to support this project and make it a success.

The breakdown above cost about 255 SBD calculating by the current value of naira. This meet-up was planned for April but as it stand it can't happen now until there is good support. I have discussed this with @edwin23 a Steemian in Asaba, we met in a Steemit WhatsApp group and fixed a physical meeting. Help make this plan a reality.
