you should move on forget him if he really dos,nt careyou it means he don,t love you and he is fall in love with another girl becuase if he would single he surly think about u and u should not be fool yourself if he don,t love u it means he don,t deserve you so you should be happy that GOD choice best for you and he is not that best one
