Your posting key does not match your active key, so if you're logging in with your posting WIF, you will get this error since your posting key is not allowed to move funds.

It works on test.steemit.com but not on steemit.com. That doesn't make sense.
What is this key you are talking about? When i created a steem account i created a password with it. I use that password to login. shouldn't that be enough?
