How do I find out who I delegated my steem power to, and how to recover it.

I couldn't find how to recover my steem from delegation. I did found some old instructions but they didn't work.

Where do I see my delegations details ?

    Looks like that what I did worked after all, it just took a while for the delegation to be released. Let's hope we get better tools with time.
