Grid Paint is a nice tool to make different kind of pixel arts. It uses grids like Trianlges and squares etc. Pixel only contain sqaures but this one has multiple options like along with sqaures you can use triangle too.
It supports PNG and SVG Formats.

This is an awesome paint tool to explore creativity. While it requires logging in with a google account, it is definitely worth trying out. I just tried. It is really fun to use. I really like the hex/hive grid. Great hunt.
