It is a new project going to launch soon. The concept of this project is to build a new global currency which they are naming as Q. It is a non-crypto currency which can be exchanged for US dollars. They are claiming their users will have safe, fast, and low-cost transactions using this currency.
As a human nature, we avoid those things we are doubtful of. Like in this currency scenario the buyers will feel reluctant to join the new network which doesn't have any sellers. To overcome this thing Initiative Q is distributing free Qs to early adopters.

Thanks for your hunt. Sadly enough I can not approve it as Initiaitve Q doesn’t have an active product (as per their about page growing the userbase first is their main focus right now, only then will they start developing).
As per Steemunt’s posting guideline section 8 we do not accept hunts without active products, or products at least available for (pre-)order where applies.
