The Kickstarter funded portable total body workout kit and the companion app from Finesse Fitness is designed for busy and highly mobile people who are determined to sustain their exercise regimens.

The Finesse Fitness system consists of the following key components:
- 2 options: Backpack (smaller) & Duffel Bag (larger)
- A variety of exercise gear components that can include sliders, harnesses, elastic bands, handles and anchors
- The companion smartphone training app will guide users to reaching their exercise goals
