Revofit is a fitness app that compries exercise how-to and nutritional tips.When you sign up,you are asked to set goals for yourself,wheather weight loss or gain and how often you would prefer to exercise.Next,you have to take a basic one-minute fitness test by following a set of dowloadable instruction videos.Revofit takes your feedback after every exercise to tailor an activity plan for you.The app has routines to build stamina and strengthen your core;you can opt for an equipment-free regimen or follow short high-intensity exercise,among other programmes.The app's eat section lets you browse for recipes by their calorific value or by name.Recipes are accompanied with short video bu chief Vicky Ratnani .Revofit also lets you track your weight,set reminders for workouts,water and foods intake,and shop for organic food stuff via the app.
