Hunter's comment

SciNote is an open source platform that allows you to manage projects, inventories and functionalities in an electronic laboratory environment, keeping all your data accessible and easily traceable.
The ability to create protocols through a wide selection of documents creates an optimized workflow, thereby reducing time-consuming administrative tasks.
Some of the most common examples for its functionality are collaborative work between team members who need to exchange information and collaborations, organize experiments, and reuse protocols as well as visualization of flows and delegations, among others.

This entire environment is protected by data security protocols through encrypted data and secure connections:

  • Strong HTTPS protocol (TLS 1.2)
  • RSA SSL certificate and strong 256-bit key exchange
  • (SSL technologies): Heroku PostgreSQL database (SSL) and Amazon S3 (HTTPS)

Mavelous Hunt! @aleister | Help For Project Developers

Note: This is just ”my personal opinion”, not intended to “judge” the reviews you have made.

Pros:
SciNote is a new, open-source breakthrough that allows you (as the project owner) to manage, check, access, and secure all your project data.

You do not have to worry about project secrets spread to outsiders, or lost by any mistake.

Cons:
Nothing, it's really helpful for developers.
