FORM launched a firmware update which enables swimmers to view GPS performance metrics like distance, pace, heart rate, and more, in real-time while swimming outdoors by connecting the FORM goggles to their compatible Garmin® smartwatch or Apple Watch.

This is very good this FORM sent a firmware update that allows swimmers to see GPS performance metrics such as distance, pace, heart rate and more, as easy as watching TV I would love to have this to keep track of pace and distance in real time of our performance. good hunting
