They are bags that are made of a biodegradable material. These environmentally friendly bags can be completely dissolved in five minutes in water without contamination. These bags are intended to replace plastic and reusable bags of all kinds.
Around five billion plastic bags are used each year around the world. The worst thing is that 70% of them end up in the environment.
INSTABAG.EU aims to replace reusable bags of all kinds.

This is a brilliant idea. Water soluble bags can be composted - a bit of rain should dissolve them and leave no trace in the garbage dump.
