I like the idea of "re-humanizing" healthcare. Nowadays a lot of healthcare institutions and professionals have been so focused on efficiency and metrics that clinicians spend more time with documentation and administrative tasks than they actually do with patients. By acting as a "remote scribe" the Augmedix platform can relieve clinicians of these administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on what real jobs should be--actually helping patients.
I'm also glad to see Google Glass being used in situations that are actually helping improve a critical aspect of human life, healthcare. It's no longer just another cool gadget. It's actually serving our needs in a more meaningful way. Nice find!
