Obscura is a tool that lets you create proxy email addresses that point to your real proxy email address. The idea is to use a new proxy email address for each service you subscribe to, similar to how you use a different password for each service you subscribe to, to maximize privacy and security.
Key Benefits:
- If your subscribed services are compromised using a proxy email address, the privacy of your real email address will be protected
- Reduce the ability to track your email address across different sites if you use a different proxy email address each time
- If you want to stop receiving email from your proxy email address, you can simply stop forwarding
- Receive all your emails in your real inbox
- Keep all proxy email addresses
