Pros :

This is one of a kind helmet that gives us high performance
It does restore the real vision while you are wearing it
It can also present a high-contrast and high resolution shooting of recording every moment of your experience
It has a one key to capture with 150 degrees of large view
It is good for off-road riding and also can produce a journey that worth remembering

Cons :

A good type of helmet for adventurers, i don't find any cons of using it

Pros:

It is a fully integrated with all the functions of a camera which is able to capture both images & video.
It is a Bluetooth enabled device that enables you to listen to your favorite tunes
It is a fully-equipped wide lens of camera
It is almost complete package helmet. You don’t need to buy or carry anything anymore since almost all features are set up in here

Pros:

The wide lens camera with the 2304X1296 HD definitely does come in handy enabling the cyclist to capture crisp and wide field of view shots.
Doesn't have the bulk load of a GoPro on the helmet as the camera and tech is all equipped inside the helmet.
The bluetooth does come in handy without having to go for a pitstop just to answer phone calls.
You don't need to carry an extra music player.

Cons:

your video output would probably be cropped when you export it out into a video software.
wide lens camera will distort side and corner edges of the video.
Crashing the helmet is a nono.
Could add weight to your head and probably not suitable for long rides.

Folks could finally get rid of helmet + action cam combination for sport filming. Cool idea. Hope the battery integration is done well else user will constantly getting a warm forehead haha.
