Pros:

cool if you don't know how to make them yourself
saves you time of actually having to learn for yourself
anyone can have a gif footer now! woot woot! :)

Cons:

nothing like making your own UNIQUE ones by hand! :)

Variety of font styles
Good for those who don’t know how to make gif
Easy saving

None, all are perfect!
