The 3 rows of tiny buds on the top of the mouse pad is used to keep all the mess cords, USB/ SD card, phones, business cards, post it in place. at the same time allowing you to have easy access to those item.

The area of the mouse pad takes up comfortable space for you to move your mouse over a smooth pad surface while keeping desk clean
