Big screen gaming is fun, but building your own tiny gaming console is even more fun!! This Tiny Arcade Kit is a product from Tiny Circuit, which you can build an old school arcade (a mini-one)

What's Inside

The Tiny Arcade Kit contains a OLED screen with micro-SD card for memories expansion. All games are open sourced and freely available, and you can actually develop your own games and import the games via the USB port. The console is operated by Arduino Zero processor.

The Kit also contains other hardwares for the gaming console: mini-joystick, 2 buttons, speaker and of course cool TINY stickers to design your Tiny Arcade.

The Tiny Arcade Kit is really interesting as it allows users to build and develop their own games, apart from the wide range of downloadable games which are readily available. Their website also have good supporting instruction to help everyone with their product building.

    Pros :

    • A good way to do experimenting and making fun at the same time, letting it be a bonding tool for both friends and family.
    • It can be easily be put into your pocket due to its smaller size, making yourself play video games just within your palm.
    • All games included there does not require any licenses since all are free and open source.
    • You can easily add some expansion slots which downloading some games are quite easy.
    • It has USB port which can help you for easy charging.

    • Games supported are all 32-bit only

    Cheezy product
    Pros :

    • A compact and small arcade that can be carried with you on the go
    • You can develop and build you own games and play
    • It is a great product for learning create games and play games .
    • It can be easily assembled
    • The system is battery powered

    Cons :

    • Only few games can be played due to limited memory
    • Low end games are suitable for this .

              I love that the open-source hardwarre movement is still going strong. The old-school graphics is also cool, Wreck-it-Ralph style.

                    What a cute peice of engineering:

                    Pros:-

                    • open source gaming, all games are free and gives you the freedom of make your own style game. This is awesome.
                    • built-in speakers, this is crazy.
                    • it comes with a SD card slot si you can download and store all your favourite games.
                    • you can recharge its lithium-ion battery through USB cable.

                    Cons:-

                    • well there are no cons for that cute device.
