Forget the tables, there is a much better way to determine the caloric content of foods.
There are several reasons why someone wants to know exactly what they eat: diabetes, weight loss or bodybuilding may also be important as the food contains fat, protein, and carbohydrates. Great charts can be found across the net to determine this, but the only problem is that any such database contains approximate values only. There may already be large variations in breadcrumbs (just because of size), and we have not even talked about how many ways to prepare a lunch.
CaloRieco would be helpful for normal shoppers who are watching out for their caloric intake, however could have utilizes as a part of different situations, as well, for example, a nursing home that needs a quick method to monitor the estimated supplements that occupants are accepting.

This looks pretty cool, I'm not exactly sure how it would work though. How is it able to measure all the different foods that are out there? This is pretty revolutionary, just not completely sure how it works. This would be great for keeping an accurate diet though, good find
