Introducing, "AMPHIBIO" 3D Printed Gills Clothing for the aquatic future.
Breathe Freely Underwater
AMPHIBIO is made from a special porous hydrophobic material that allows humans to breathe in water.
The concept is inspired by the gill of water diving insects such as water spiders.
Does This Work?
Although this looks like fantasy, this innovation will surely be created in the future.
You can see the video below, and Yes it's working. It's just that the patent is still pending.
The Future
Although the concept is used for rescue when the world is in disaster, but the concept of this product can be used to breathe freely in water. Yes, imagine when we can swim in the water freely without an air tank.
Don't forget to give your opinion about this product

Just like you wrote in your last line. This will render the oxygen tank presently carried needless. It's a beautiful innovation and I hope it comes to reality soon.

I never heard about it, great invention and the designer Jun Kamei is very interesting on his TED video (the best way to fry an egg...). Thanks @calprut for sharing this hunt.
