What is it?
HouseMate is a switch and IoT app to control all smart devices in your home only from a smartphone, and this can be done without touching any device, including your smartphone. So, this device can be used by normal people, as well as people with certain physical limitations.

The thing I like the most about this hunt (as hunter also described in his comment), even though its targeted audiences are physically disabled people, HouseMate is equally useful for healthy people as well.
It's rich with lot & lot of features. It enables the control of all the assistive technology like opening/closing doors/curtains/blinds, turning lights on/off, answering front door video, controlling the television's all functions, music systems etc.
It is also a device for communication, environmental control & medical emergency contacts' calls.
And ... It is also useful for the peoples with zero mobility capabilities.
