Companion app can be life saving for many with its effective method of helping in reducing stress and anxiety. This is helpful app to learn how to cope with stress and difficulties. In today's challenging environment and demanding circumstances its becomes imperative to learn to live a happy and healthy life by safely navigating through mental stress.

Companion is really helpful because through this we can reduce stress which common issue in today's life thanks @cheema1 for sharing Companion.

Stress and anxiety is a huge problem that many seem to be ignoring especially in the working environment I feel companies should be doing more to tackle the problem but for now I'am curious on the advice this little app can offer, good hunt.

In these crazy times, I think all of us could use a little calming and downtime. This looks like it could be a really helpful app. I am often finding myself overly stressed and just needing some time to relax and not worry about everything that is going on. I might have to take a look at this. I might have to mention it to my wife too. She is much more stressed than I am.

Stress and anxiety are silent killer and remote cause of many mental illness, so such a app like this called companion will be of immense help to curtail the effect of stress and anxiety
