Pros:
The storyline, graphics, and gameplay work very well in making this game possible and worth playing. The animation are fluid and pairing that with VR could fool someone that the game itself is their real world!
The Batman and Joker rivalry has been around for decades and it never gets old.

Cons:
No cons for this awesome game!

Bringing this game on VR is simply amazing.
I am a first time VR gamer and it suits me and I love it.
SDR or Foggy Ambiance is not visible.
Graphics are the best thing about it.
I like the price too.

Pros:

The game plot is very catchy! Wanna-be detectives and wanna-be superheroes will surely love this one
High quality graphics! Almost close to real visual scenarios

Experiencing Gotham for a few hundred bucks is very worth it

Batman image is real, superb simulation and strong graphics.
there is a story which can help in giving background to the players
the story’s plot is really captivating and will get you puzzled. Somewhat challenging.
game element gives satisfaction
has built-in Unreal Engine 4 with a core VR experience in mind

The Pros :

Batman just look awesome
Intense CGI also quoting like what @buzz.lightyear says .. "will melt your eyes"
Great new storyline which creates new dynamic into the Batman's game experience
With VR capabilities it takes the game into a whole new level of playability
It has Superb narrative
A good value for money

And The Cons :

Its not a game which is meant for everyone

Pros:

A very addictive games
It's a Virtual Reality game VR which makes it so cool and realistic.
Cool animation| the makers of the game made the animation so cool, cinematic, and just feels so real while playing.
Great Player features
Gears and weapons are amazing
Its story line is amazing and it feels good being batman
Controls are easy to learn and any one with a little idea of gaming can play this although there is a tutorial for starters
It comes with a complete VR gears which a VR game needs

I guess its a must-have for someone who already have a VR set. And another plus point of consideration to get a VR set for the rest of us, Also i'd advise potential player to master the "I'm Batman" line before playing "for full immersion" LOL!
