Step 1: Find an old post you like and paste the link at https://steem-bounty.com/services/forever
Step 2: Login via Steemconnect and upvote
No special commands needed. As long as you upvote using their interface, everything will be handled automatically. You'll gain curation for your votes and author will get rewarded for his/her old posts.
How It Works
Steem-forever checks whether the post has been payed out and if that is the case, Steem-forever drops a comment and you'll be upvoting the comment. The payout will be sent to the author.

Very cool concept. Nice hunt @d-zero and awesome creation @steem-bounty! One of the major pitfalls to STEEM is the limited 7 day payout duration. This seems to be a great way to negate that limit!

Wow this a great way to get around the 7 day payout rule. There are definitely posts like for example tutorials that have helped a lot of Steemians including me get around Steemit easier and now they can be rewarded for their good work even though the seven days post payout was ages ago.

You know you could give your comments/feedback on their official page and get some bounty for your feedback.
For some reason you can't upvote while being Logged in using posting key. You have to go through Steemconnect. But there is nothing wrong with that. Some might even say that it is safer.

This is very interesting. I keep wondering why one can get a reward for a post afterway 7 days. This is a welcome idea, though I don't see a lot of people going through the process (even if it is 2 steps) to reward a post.

This is a terrific new service on STEEM. There are a lot of posts that are relevant and useful way beyond their seven day payout window. If I come across that, I used to go find a new post from the author to up vote. Now, we don't have to and the reward can be attached to the post it is intended for. Great Idea and Nice Hunt.

I checked this out, you can also set bounties on your posts to get more people engaged. This allows people with not much SP to run contests ect. Nice hunt!

Been thinking this might be one of the reasons why steemit couldnt grow bigger as Medium because the reward timeframe was limited to 7 days. I think we were having a discussion about this a while back on a @steemitblog post someone was asking if it was in planning and we agreed there are just some things way easier for a UI or in this case an APP to do.
With that said It's something @steempeak is looking into, so obviously i think the idea is very cool and luckily not too tough.
