At 400sq ft the Wheelhaus Wedge is definitely not the smallest tiny house you’re bound to encounter.

And not the cheapest either, but it looks oh so good.

And is spacious. At least, as spacious as a tiny house can be.

Spacious enough for a real living area completely with couch even.

Maybe you prefer yours without the fall or winter saturated colors?

Starting at $93,500 this large tiny house luckily comes equipped with a kitchen with cooktop, 24” fridge, microwave, and even a dishwasher.

Who said tiny houses had to be puristic?

The Wedge is even large enough to hold a queen or double sized bed, with bedside cabinets, in the bedroom. With a closet to spare still.

And... it does look good in winter.

If you want to try before you buy, you can... in Wyoming.

Oh, at 400 square feet it's certainly not that tiny anymore. I mean, I am looking at 150-200 square feet studio apartments right now since they are just the perfect size, and price, for my needs. You can surely do a lot of things for nearly 100k but, these houses still look like a great alternative to the metal containers.

Keep on hunting.

Yeah it is both large and not cheap. But I think even at that rate it could totally change the concept of “trailer parks”. Trailers like this can make genuine trailer parks as attractive as glamping made camping. And even at $100k there’s a leasing buildings model in it. Especially keeping in mind gentrification around major hubs nowadays.

One thing to keep in mind with this one is also the high finishing standards. Aside from it being twice as large as your usual tiny house.

Yes! There were one or two other tiny houses similar to this one but, they were DIY. This could, indeed, change the way people think about trailer parks, since they don't all have to have the same old-boring white look, they can get some looks full of life as well.

I'm not even worrying about the price tbh, because competitors will always emerge on the market with similar products but, way cheaper; even if it might take a while. I mean, just look at Apple and Xiaomi, the difference in price is huge.

That’s an interesting mention. As an Apple user I’m actually a big fan of Xiaomi because the price quality level is unrivaled.

I still think this not so tiny house, like many others, is massively overpriced because it’s currently a fashion, bubble even. But as you correctly highlighted competition will most definitely increase and that’s a positive.

I've never been into Apple devices, maybe because of their closed nature, maybe because of the prices but, what Xiaomi is doing with their Pocophone F1 is truly game-changing.

Yeah, that's not such a tiny house for sure. I mean, it might be tiny if compared to big houses but, not so tiny if compared to apartments. It's looking good tho; it makes you feel as 100k is worth it.

WOW! Such a great and innovative design for a tiny house. People residing in US should try this one. Too bad its a bit pricey and not to mention its disadvantageous to countries outside US. Still this is a great house.
