I think Steemit needs to fix youtube sharing when you use the "share at :20" part of the link as it would make my posts better and funnier. #feedback For example if you were to share:

the start at the 56 second mark part isn't followed on the links from steemit. So I make a joke about falling in through the ice and share at 56 seconds, it's obvious why I'm sharing it. However, if you have to watch 56 seconds to get it, you might not even watch 10. #fixit #steemit

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
